Honda has its 750 A.C.E. and Spirit, Yamaha has its V-Star Custom and Classic. Kawasaki, like Suzuki, offers three designs wrapped around its 805cc V-twin engine. The standard Vulcan 800 is the "chopper" of the bunch. It is low and narrow, and very stable. It's also the least expensive of the three. Seat height: 28 inches.
